Well... read the docs to learn something about RT-Operating-Systems
but the thing they offer, is not intended for use with "small"
microcontrolers like the PIC are.

Their Processor-list lists (embedded) 32-Bit MCU like Motorola 683xx
Power-PC etc. which are somewhat more powerful than the PIC family.
