I've recently finished the code for a routine to emulate Holtek's line of 3^18 encoders for the PIC16C84. I'll be using it on a radio control system in a project of mine. Due to space contraints in the transmitter the PIC will be in close proximity (1mm) to the loop anttenea of the RF source (Ming TX-99). I no the power output of the Ming is small, but what, if any, effects might this have on the PIC? If any, would shielding, orientation, etc lessen the effects? 2nd question: I've have no PIC's to try my source code on and am on an extremly tight buget at the moment. Does anyone have any unused, surplus PIC16C84's laying around in their shop that may be had for cheap?! Thanks very much for any help. I'll do my best to answer any questions on this list also.
