Use a sandisk instead of a hard drive.  My calcs show you only need about 22 Meg
s of storage for a 24 hour peroid.  I believe that
sandisk makes a 40 meg option.  Sandisk is a small flash card that looks just li
ke an IDE drive.  We use them for HD
replacements on our equipment.
