  sorry to pester the list, but this is my last chance. I have a tuner/IF
strip from an old Panasonic VCR and the tuner has a prescaler on it. It
contains the NEC B562 8-pin DIP chip and takes 50 mA @ 5V (the prescaler)
which means: ECL. It has 2 outputs. I have no instruments to make out the
division factor accurately, so:

  If you can hint about the (two) division factors of this chip, please
do. The chip may be 10 years old or so. All other resources, including web
search, were exhausted, you are my last 1620 chances.
