There is a menu choice that will allow you to set up rules to process
messages:

Main Menu Bar: Tools : (Message Rules -or- Inbox Assistant*)

* Depends on the version of Outlook Express you have

If the dialog box that appears is not obvious, the help file should describe
what you want to do.
