For testing and calibration ? I simply clamped the accelerator board to the
rotary table which is part of my milling machine. The rotary table was
clamped to the tilt table (also part of the milling machine). The whole
thing was clamped to my work desk which was adjusted horizontally. I used
the instrument for measuring if the table is horizontal. I don't know the
exact english word for this instrument, but it is a plastic package with
glass tube filled with oil and small bubble.   

Nice and repeatable calibration environment.

As soon as you will have something finished, please let me know. I already
prepared a nice case for the logic analyser and I already have nice set of
HP logic analyser clamps (they are selling them as a spare part for HP MSO
oscilloscope).
