Try www.ivex.com for a free copy of windraft and winboard, they are
limited to 100 pins but you can purchase upgrades.  Mouser also
sells the CD for $29.95 that allows up to 220 pins, you need one
for each package, but for $60.00 I've been able to do some pretty
decent boards.
