Hello Win, Try using the Microchip's MPLAB for Windows v.3.40. PIC16c5Xs are Microchip's baseline products (w/ 14-bit instruction width) which are very much supported by MPLAB. This tool includes PIC16Cxx/PIC17cxx MPLAB editor, simulator, emulator support functions, & MPASM universal PIC16/17 microcontroller assembler. Single step debugging is also supported. Try visiting our website at http://www.microchip.com Regards, Francis _____________________________ Reply Separator _________________________________ Subject: PIC16c5X simulators Author: imagelogic@IBM.NET (Engineering Department) at Internet_Exchange Date: 9/16/98 6:20 AM Is there a PIC16C5X DOS or Windoze simulator (not ICE) available to single step etc. through an assembly program as a code check?
