Anyone have a quick cheat-sheet for different types of electrolytic capacitor types? The didgikey catalog lists lots, and skimming the "benefits" of each type seems to show the same benefits for each type. (I don't necessarilly need an explanation of all the panasonic types, just a general feeling of the types available. My BSEE education didn't include any such practical matters.) I'd guess low leakage, low esr, low inductance, high temp, and high tolerance as "special classes" that ought to be popular? And where do tantalums fit in the picture, anyway. Thanks Bill W
