I guess this is more for the hobbyist, but will give you a indication of emissions: Take a Scope probe's co-ax cable (cut the probe off). Strip back the screen and outside insulation. Leave the insulation on the center wire. Loop back the center wire so that you have a loop of about 1 inch diameter. Solder the wire end to the shield. Now if you run this loop over your circuit you will see any emissions on the scope. Test this by running it over any RF circuit like a radio. Think of it as a metal detector.
