I spoke too soon.  I am now able to duplicate the problem you report.  Maybe
I had a cached copy of a good index when I just tried the March archive.

In any event, it looks like the March 98 index is a copy of the Feb 98
index, so it has the wrong titles and file numbers.  The only way to use the
March archive at present is to blindly wade thru the numbered html pages
under http://anick.simplenet.com/piclist/Mar98/
