Go at TEMIC Semiconductor and look at Idendification devices,
the circuit is called U2270B, look at AN019.PDF, there is nice
description of  Manchester and biphase coding inside the data-sheet.
If you did not succeed to get it, ask me for, I can send it to you (340K).
