I checked it under 95, 98, and NT4.  If you're running the win16 processes
(MPLAB and speed) in seperate addresses spaces, I can see where it would
fail (I believe that was the default behavior with NT 3.5, but not with NT
4.)  If that's the case, the windows title bar and 'Go' button in speed.exe
won't change when you hit the button.

You might try cranking up the number of events and decreasing the interval
time (ms) to generate more messages.
