Dear anybody,

        I have just bought an PLCC68 Adapter for the picstartplus (Freeware 1.20
)
in order to program the PIC17C756. I am experiencing a problem. There is a
bit, (Nž3) of all the program addresses that I cannot program or delete
with UV. There is always a 0 in that bit. I supposed some things. Perhaps
the chip is bad or the Adapter is bad. I will ask for a replacement in
these days. But, as this is the first time I work with this PIC and this
adapter, there may be something that I am doing wrong.
