It worked fine with both. On fast machines you may run into the Turbo Pascal runtime error 200 problem with this program. I use a 200 MHz Pentium Pro and when the software is run under DOS, I always get the runtime error. When it is run in a DOS window in Win95, I sometimes get it but most times don't. If I had a faster machine it might be more of a problem. On his web page he has a version that should run with the faster processors, but I've not tested it yet.
