It *MAY* work. I understand (possibly wrongly :-)) that the -04 and 010 are selected on test out of the same production batches. If so the -04 parts would have been deemed to be too unreliable to be sold as 10 MHz parts BUT sometimes the need to have both parts available may mean that they sell some parts as -04 even though they meet the -10 spec. Try it and see.
