Thanks for the heads up!  I was looking for the EET/WYLE
sponsored contest, some of you may have remembered it from years past,
as the 'American by Design', and 'IdeaQuest', both of which I had won.
This year they opted not to do the contest.  So its nice to see someone
else doing one.
