As an ex-DOS programmer I wouldn't quite say that (IRQ lists any1 ?), but
normal programming under DOS is bearable for most people, and is
responsable for the unbelievable number of DOS programs that exist. DOS is
actually Un*x with slashes spelled he wrong way, and a dead task swapper
;)
