Well, just to add my opinion: I guess that exchanging schematics in EAGLE format is really convenient. This looks like a good SW package, and it's freeware. But working with gifs has a good advantage to me: portability. I work in a Unix environment in my company. This means I have to download a schematics and wait till night to see it. Well, I guess I shouldn't complain... After all, this is not my job, it's a hobby. I shouldn't be seeing schematics in work hours, anyway. 8) BTW, are 8.2nf capacitors enough to avoid noise between Vdd and Vss in chips? What would be the recommended values?
