Hmm. Depends how the bit-banging is done. 3% is per bit, and at the 8 th
bit it corresponds to 8.5 * 3 % = 25.5 % assuming that reads occur in the
middle of each bit period. Over-sampling readers meant for over-the-air
serial data decoding will fail with this kind of error.
