There is a GameBoy development mailing list.   It is not as tollerant
as the PIClist for offtopic posts but it does serve a function.  There
are many sites that have GameBoy development information and some of them
can be found on in the links on the list web page shown below.

Just to make it clear the list is not about commercial games for
the GameBoy nor about other game systems nor about other electronic
or software topics.  It is dedicated to development discussion
for the GameBoy and people who abuse the list will be removed.
I have been loath to announce the list to the planet at large.
I would rather I did not regret having done so.
