You guys have lot of great Idea, I'll test all this ideas and hopefully
select the best one for me, of course the simplest to program
considering my limited program know-how.

I normally use this winding machine for SMPS Transformers that
counts within  (-500) - ( 0) - (+500) no. of turns. and run at about
500 rpm.
