Hi folks,

Well after a rather inauspicious first attempt, I have posted the second
beta of WinTM4 for those using a WARP-3, PP1, or the picstart upgrades,
phoenix 16B, phoenix 16C.  No documentation is available but you should
have no trouble using the software.
