I'm building a circuit that must operate at both cold and hot temperature extremes. Part of the design incorporates an RC circuit with a .22uF cap. What type of cap maintains the lowest capacitance drift Vs temp? The other component is a diode. I need a silicone diode that will always forward bias, regardless of temp, at the same min voltage. By the way, cost isn't too much of a concern. This is a one of a kind project. Thanks in advance, Bruce Turrentine
