No, really, there is a simple way, but I don't hace the
information
on this computer.  The important thing is to save the "official"
message you receive when ypu subscribe, as this will tell
you how to unsubscribe.  Loose this "oficial" message and
you will become one of thoses lost souls trying to unsubscribe
when you want to leave the list later.
