The 16B1 runs under DOS and not under MPLAB, does not do newest
PICS(unless PHOENIX update installed)or 40 pin devices(16C does), and is
no longer supported. The PicStart Plus only runs under MPLAB (Windows
3.x or 95, not NT) and does all PICs.
