In OUTLOOK 97 the problem is that when you hit 'reply', the default is to
send in Rich Text format.

I think the only way to stop this is to double click on the 'pic
microcontroller discussion list' destination ( To... ) field _EVERY_ time
you reply and unset the 'Always send to this recipient in Microsoft
Exchange Rich Text format' checkbox.
