Another minor detail.

The names Drain and Source are not for MOS devices but for FETs (Field
Efect Transistors), MOS or non MOS. The same goes for Colector and Emitter
that are names applied to BJT (Bipolar junction transistors), no matter
wich technology is used to produce them.
