They have been tested (sucessfully) at 133MHz.

The two areas that are still being sorted out, are programming,
which is slow, and in circuit emulation. The chip itself runs
flawlessly.

Slow programming would be a big minus for production, so
I'd be waiting for Scenix to get that right before slapping
them on PCB's in a big way.
