The only 'possible' problem I am aware of with Win95 is that, depending on the machine, the software may not detect the programmer. But you can download an alternate driver for the programmer from Planet Microchip that will solve the problem. You may also need to turn off the COM FIFO buffers. Besides this, it works well and supports ALL the PICs (assuming the firmware of the programmer is up to date).
