Sorry to be so off topic, but from reading pic postings, I realize this is a go place to find scientists and science students. I have a question that I think would be best directed at a physics scientist or student: Is there some measurement of air that can reveal how well or efficiently it will combust or burn when mixed with gasoline vapor? Perhaps in BTUs or calories? I theorize that given barametric pressure, humidity and temperature, a calculation can be performed to determine how well air will burn with gasoline. I want to know how fast a car will go given above information. Please, I only took Physics 101, so don't flame me too bad if this is not a good question. Thank you. John
