You can take a look at the Okaya PG9732ARS-AE3-A  which is a 97x32 that
runs at 3V.  Go to www.okaya.com.  I am still waiting for a sample so I
can't tell you much more.  Also Densitron makes some 3V chip-on-glass
displays.
