I'm not sure, but you set the TRIS registers at the beginning of EVERY
loop; maybe it destroyes the state of latches. You need to set the TRISs
only once until you want to change it.

It was only a tip.

And another idea: try to send a letter such way that no silly HTML's were
produced. Make pure ASCII text. Forget windoze! The waste amount of people
will bin your letter, till they need to grab your message.
