But seriously, all you guys responding with "remove":
 1.  Don't send it to the PIClist
 2.  Don't send it back to the spammer
All you're doing (#2) is confirming a valid email address - you'll get
_way_ more spam and the original spammer will sell your address to
others for a premium price.
