Can anyone in the UK tell me if they have had any legal dealings with
aspects of reverse engineering as either a defendent or complainant.

By reverse engineering I mean looking at a units inputs and outputs and
100% writting your own PIC code from scratch.

If you have not had any personal dealings do you know of any cases in
the UK and the out come of them.
