This is much further off-topic than the reverse-engineering thread that
I've been boring everyone to tears over.

According to CNN, Pakistani Foreign Minister Gohar Ayub Khan said his
country was forced into conducting the nuclear tests on Thursday by India's
earlier tests.  However, I would tend to presume that Pakistan is ruled by
intelligent adults who are competent to make their own decisions on the basis
of rational self-interest.  Why don't we just consider that Pakistan is
responsible for their own nuclear testing, and leave it at that?

Now if they used some PICs in the testing (for telemetry, perhaps), I'd be
interested in hearing about it.
