Hello,

Is there any news or rumors about when all the
nice-sounding new Flash parts will be available?
I mean the 12F6xx and 16F6xx, 16F7xx and 16F8xx
series parts.  I haven't heard anything about them
since Microchip published their August 1997 "Future
Products" document.

P.S.: According to the above document, these parts
have "Flash" reprogrammable program memory, EE data memory,
and a variety of peripherals, such as PWM, ADC, serial ports, etc.
They come in sizes from 8-pin to 68-pin.  It sure would be nice
to get the 16F716, which is more or less a 16F84 with an ADC and PWM,
or the 16F787, which is the same plus a serial port (and 2 more I/O pins).
