This is the Picstart 16B(28 pin socket) or 16C(40 pin) without
a power supply module. Uses DOS software which Microchip is not
updating anymore and does not work with MPLAB. You can get PHOENIX
hex file from Dontronics (unsupported) that will let the 16x do more
of the newer chips (requires Newfound's TMC program).
