After having some 10..15 sessions more they might recommend you this: Take a network camera for every bulb and a large computer. Make a LAN and buy a picture recognition system, that checks every lamp in a 2.3 sec interval. Have a commission sitting once a week to decide if you have to got a faster LAN, bigger computer and better cameras. Another commission will have their meetings to decide if this 2.3 sec is often enough. Tell me if there is something that is connected to PIC even lightly.
