Does anyone else think it's odd that the day after Bill gets slapped
     down, a major portion of the US communications infrastructure goes
     down.

     That satellite wouldn't be running Windows CE would it??

     I can see Bill calling Janet Reno.  "Hey Janet, I tried to page you,
