Sorry for bothering all you thousands of readers but my Microchip PIC
16/17 Microcontroller data book doesn't seem to specify which surface
mount outline is used on the 16C63.  The chapter on packages has two
outlines one 300mil wide and one 330mil wide,  body.  Which one is
it?

Secondly how do you ask Microchip questions?  Their web site didn't
have any email addresses for technical support.
