First of all, the person who posted the we-can-also-play-with-bombs
message, is not even on this list, so replying was/is pointless.

Then the OT discussion degenerated into predictably boring
nationalistic rhethoric. Not everyone on this list are interested in
the detail of a country's standing with the UN. Dazzle your
grandmother with your incredible knowledge of contemporary
global politics, but keep it away from the PIClist.

Secondly, the Microsoft thrashing never, ever, *ever* gets anywhere.
Do you like Windows? Do you hate Windows? WE DON'T CARE!
Move discussions that have no future to private e-mail.

I have absolutely no problem with OT's that are informative or amusing
(like the cow tipping thread), but this crap is really noise.
