The Microchip databook states: "...bits TRISC<7:6> have to be set in order to configure pins RC6/TX/CK and RC7/RX/DT for the Serial Communications Interface." My initial reaction would be to clear bit TRISC<6> in order to make TX an output. Does the databook have a typo or am I wong? Thanks for any help, Ken Pergola P.S.
