What 'exactly' does the does the PEIE bit enable ? and like wise the GIE bit ?
I have implemented the GIE and PEIE in all cases using TMR2, RBINT, RB<4:7>.
Recently I have just tried the same prog without the PEIE bit enabled with the
same results, I thought it would enable interrupts peripherals such as INT, A/D
etc

Which interrupts are enabled by which Bit ??????????

I thought I had it sussed!!!!

The databooks are not very clear.
