It took 40 years to disentangle the US & the Soviet Union from the
deadly embrace of the nuclear arms race.  Thank God cooler heads
prevailed and both countries didn't have to learn by brute force.

Now can we take this discussion "off-line" and get back to the
reading about the projects that PIC users from all over
the world are working on?  Cool things happen everywhere.
