And the second moment - every N test add more instability in earth core and to natural enviroment. Did you want that you grandchildrens live in polluted by nuclear world ? I don't think so... This is very dangerous to have a nuclear weapon without guaranted safety and security from accesing to it by third non desirable persons. Than more weapons in the world that less chances to people's live. Probably next civilization will be more clever than human ones... And they will not have a pleasure from extermination each other...
