This is the 'future releases' Microchip document. This is rather dated
(Aug '97).

To answer your question though, YES. The 16F627 and 16F628 each have 128
bytes (and are pin compatible with the F84), while the 16F866, 16F867,
16F876, 16F877 will have 256 bytes (but are in larger packages). I don't
know when or if they will be released.
