Yes, I know the PICLIST is high traffic. I just returned from a 4 days
vacation and I found 302 messages from the list!!
Still, I think it is very easy to delete the messages you don't like or
you consider not interesting. I know that would be a good practice to
read the list and make some web search before posting some easy
questions. There are so many PIC-related pages that you probably find
the answer you need.
You always have a choice: "just press del" or, if today you feel nice
and in the right mood, you can answer a message and give the poor devil
a chance on his problem. Also I think you can always learn a something
from other's doubts.

By the way: it is much easier to delete the unwanted messages if the
Off-Topic (like yours for example) is clearly marked on the subject
line. You can even set a filter to redirect the [OT] messages to trash.
