There's a very old saying in the UK.

'Those who can, do!
 Those you can't, teach!'

As someone who has contact with the public as customers, we find there
are three main types of total 'prats!'.

1) Teachers.
2) Social workers.
3) County Office workers.

BTW, primary school teachers don't seem as bad as secondary school
ones!.
