You need to know the excitation voltage at each strain gauge to take an accurate measurement. Regulating them all from one central point will make loss in the cables a critical variable. Maybe a 4-wire arrangement so the excitation voltage and the bridge voltage can both be measured. Or use the sense leads from each gauge to control the drive to a constant amount.
